TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using middlegeorgiadirectory.com, microsaascreations.com, or any related platform operated by Praxis Advisors Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who We Are

Praxis Advisors Inc. is a Georgia corporation operating under the trade name "MicroSaaS Creations." We provide:

• Local business directory listings (free and paid tiers)
• AI voice receptionist services (Milly)
• Business audit and snapshot reports
• Lead-generation and customer-acquisition services
• SaaS platform subscriptions
• Loan-brokerage referrals through our Praxis Advisors loan-broker network

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, defraud, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer or scrape our platforms
• Resell or sublicense our services without written permission

SMS and Voice Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the relevant consent box(es), you agree to receive SMS text messages and/or voice calls (including AI-generated and pre-recorded calls) from us about your listing, inquiry, or related business services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, saying "remove me" on calls, or emailing us.

Loan-Brokerage Disclosure

Praxis Advisors Inc. operates a loan-brokerage referral service. When you submit a funding inquiry, we may route your information to lenders within our partner network. Loans are originated and funded by third-party lenders, not by us. We earn a commission (typically 3–7%) on funded loans. We are not a lender, and we do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms. All loan products are subject to lender underwriting and approval.

Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (per your selected plan). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide refunds for partial periods. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us.

Lead Sales (Business-Buyer Terms)

If you purchase leads from us as a business buyer, separate Lead Buyer Terms apply. Those terms include: lead validity definitions, dispute windows, replacement policies, and exclusivity terms. Contact us for the current Lead Buyer Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, code, and data on our platforms are owned by Praxis Advisors Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our services without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bibb County, Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
